Pettiskirt Update

Well it is taking me ages but I have almost finished Hollys Pettiskirt for her year 7 social. Im not going to put pictures up until it is finished, so heres a few things about it:

• It's Turquoise
• It has a purple ruffle
• I have put in a satin lining so she doesnt have to wear pants under it
• It is a high waist, fitted pettiskirt and
  
• Has a surprise but will have to wait for pictures
  

Once it's finished I am not going near tulle for a long time (Maybe a month, I want to make Montana a christmas one :P)
